Create a Heritage Postcard

Click to open the PowerPoint postcard templates. Download and open file. You may also need to click on Enable Editing.

Name and save your file.

Now you are ready to start creating your Heritage Postcards! Have fun :)

Select a picture:

• Click on Insert in the top menu then choose the location of your photograph:

 Pictures - stored on your tablet/phone/computer

  Screenshot - take a screenshot/photo of the image on your screen

  Photo Album -  search for your photo in an existing photo album

Make the picture fit:

Click on picture to select;

Click on Format in the top menu then  look for Size;

Use the Crop tool to hide bits from the borders that you don’t want to be seen;

Use the size thingys to make the picture 13.94 cm tall OR 10.77 cm wide.

Place your image into the postcard:

Click on image in the template to select then press the delete key/button.

Select your picture and place it in the image space.

Make it your own:

Highlight the Image Title and type in your title, then below, where it can be seen;

Click on the green background if you want to change its colour;

Highlight your text and change the style and the colour;

Now add some information about your photograph.
